My flight was delayed almost 30-40 minutes, so I was concerned the service would have left without me. However once I made my way outside I had no problem finding the representative. He assured me all was fine and called for the van. Within a few minutes I was safely riding to the ferry in a clean, new and air conditioned ride. Thank you !
