There was no waiting! We found Hector right away at the Cancun airport and he took us to our air conditioned van which took us directly to the ferry. On our return trip from Isla Mujeres we took an earlier ferry and thought we would have to wait at least 30 minutes but Sammy was there waiting for us. Such service!
