Come outside of baggage claim, no sign with our name so I have to go around asking whose with Discoverymundo. Next, have to wait at my hotel to receive my return voucher on our trip back to the airport. I shouldn’t have to sit around waiting for the return voucher, all of that should be send to me when I fully pay for the trip in advance.
