It was a relief to know that we would be picked up at the airport and taken right to the ferry - there was no waiting or worry when we arrived! The website could have clearer that my reservation price was not specific to the number of passengers, but the round trip from airport to ferry, so keep that in mind if you have people in your group that arriving at different times; each group needs a reservation.
