We booked our trips based off of other reviews, and for our group of four, the service was terrific. The communication was good -- the only glitch was that our instructions for arriving at the Cancun airport came after we had already arrived and had gotten to our destination. We did get waylaid for a little bit and was given some incorrect information by one of the folks in the terminal, rather than getting the correct information from Discovery Mundo about what to look for. The drivers were friendly and got us where we needed to go quickly. I would recommend.
