Their website was misleading - it advertised door to door service, but actually was just airport to ferry. So, I arrived thinking my travel was all arranged, then had to buy a ferry ticket and take a cab at my own cost. I would not have booked with them if I had known it was strictly airport to ferry. When I arrived, the driver was not there to meet me - I had to text them and then wait for them to arrive. On the way back, I requested to go to the airport earlier than their suggested time because I needed more time to get around the airport. I texted and called multiple times, and when I finally got ahold of someone, they said they could only move me up by 20 minutes. I gave up and took a cab. So, overall it feels like I really wasted my money. The cost of a cab was the same as their price, so I’m not sure what their advantage is. I wouldn’t book them again.
