I booked and paid for my round trip transportation ahead of time. I received an email confirmation and assumed everything was set when I arrived in Puerto Vallarta. Upon arrival, there was no sign for the company - I called and the number went nowhere. I text the number and was routed to another ride service who had ZERO record of my reservation and payment. I ended up hiring a different company to take me to my hotel. I’ve asked for a refund and surprise surprise, I’ve not gotten a response.
