Supposed to be met at airport an hour after arriving. No one there finally another company offered to call and find out where driver was. 45 minutes later someone shows up with nice vehicle but none of beverages that were ordered. He did stop along way and got part of them. Coming back supposed to be met at ferry dock at specific time which we were there but no driver. Security person at dock retrieved a driver but I have no idea who he drives for as there was no markings on either the vehicle or the person’s clothing.
