I had previously given a 1 star because I had been notified after I signed up and paid for a shared transfer service from Barcelona airport that the shared transfer service listed on their website was no longer available. I am completely satisfied with the way customer service handled my complaint as they refunded my fee in a timely manner and they updated the website so it no longer shows a shared transfer option. Thank you for your due diligence!
