I booked Discovery Mundo as an airport transfer from Puerto Vallarta airport to our hotel. Our flight was delayed and I had contacted via email their customer service. After arriving at the airport late, my driver was very easy to find and he took our bags and drove us to our hotel. We had the same driver on the way back and he was extremely friendly, and efficient and helpful. Excellent service all around. The car was big enough (a Tahoe) and was clean. Would use again in a heartbeat.
