We were met at the Cancun airport promptly after we went through customs and security checks. Driver had been waiting for us and then took us in air conditioned comfort in a newer van to the ferry dock to Isla Mujeres. Same driver picked us up again "promptly" at ferry area in Cancun and back to airport for another relaxing ride on our departure date. I would definitely book with the company again!
