Our driver was very kind and accommodating. The ride from Cancun to Tulum was smooth and efficient. My girlfriend and I stayed at an AirBnB apartment and the location was not very clear on the website. However, our driver waited 20 minutes with us to make sure that we arrived safely. My girlfriend and I were so flustered that we left a bag in the car - the bag had my computer, passport and wallet. After calling the Discovery Mundo central office, a driver was able to return my bag within 12 hours. Great service; highly recommend.
