• - There are public phones on the Main Plaza and telephone cards available in our shops
• - The Atms of Xcaret are located in the Main Plaza and at the Park entrance.
• - There are restrooms, showers and dressing rooms distributed throughout the Park. We recommend you to bring a towel or buy one in our shops.
• - For your comfort and convenience we have access to Wi-Fi in the Main Plaza and the Area Plus of Xcaret.

Additional Info

We recommend you to wear comfortable beachwear and swimming suit. 

Sunscreen must be free of chemicals to be used in the ParkIf it contains any of the following ingredients, it shall not be used within the Park: Benzophenone, Etilhexila, Homosalate, Octyl methoxycinnamate, Octyl salicylate, Octinoxate, Oxybenzone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane.

• - In Xcaret we want everyone to feel welcome and enjoy the attractions and facilities of a natural paradise.
• - We also know that we have visitors who need special care, which is why over 50% of the park can be toured in a wheelchair.

Xcaret is located in the spectacular Mexican Caribbean and is opened 365 days a year from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. It is located 60 km south of Cancun International Airport, 6 km from Playa del Carmen and 57 km north of Tulum.

Departure Point

Round-trip transportation to Xcaret Park in air-conditioned bus and tour conductor.

Departure Time

From 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (The pick up depends on the location of your hotel)

Xcaret Park Mexico opens 365 days a year from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
