What happens once you arrive?

After clearing immigration and customs, a representative of Discovery Mundo will be waiting for you in the Arrival Terminal, displaying a banner with the logo of Discovery Mundo or your name. You can ask for a specific text for the welcome sign at your arrival.

Customs procedures can take between 10 minutes to 50 minutes depending on the number of people waiting in line, our representative will be waiting for you outside the terminal, regardless of the time your paperwork takes. We will be making a flight monitoring, so if your plane were to come late, we'll know without having you to notify and we'll wait until your plane lands.

After choosing the desired type of transportation and pay the amount you will receive a confirmation coupon in your email, with your personal and flight data, which we ask you to review, print and bring with you to present it at time of service.

Discovery Mundo minibus is ideal when traveling with a big party or large families.
This service is up to 26 passengers
