Airport transfer from Paris CDG to our hotel and even though our plane was delayed and our bags were missing (so we were even more delayed) our driver was waiting and whisked us to the car and to our hotel. Excellent service. The online booking was easy. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is that the car, while clean, did smell of stale cigarette smoke, enough that my son kept his window down the entire way into the city.
