Once we were able to find the Discovery Mundo staff (this was a little challenging), the staff was super helpful. We had to find an ATM and they helped and also waited for us. It was a little tricky to know exactly where to look - it would have been helpful to say "walk all the way outside and don't pay attention to anyone until you see the DM sign". The sign didn't have our names so that was tricky. The driver was friendly and helpful and that experience itself was great. It was a bit of a torrent downpour though and the van was leaking water. The driver did the best to clean up the space and us and our things were not wet, but door was streaming in rain.
