All parts of the trip, but one, were great. Drivers in both directions were on-time, ready and waiting, helpful, had clean cars and were courteous. The ferry ride is wonderful. There was only one problem. At one point, Wed. 10/25 at about 12 Noon, I had some confusion on the ferry ticket. I tried calling the Discovery Mundo phone number. Nobody answered on 3 different calls. I left a phone message to call me back, and no one ever did. We resolved the confusion. It was my fault, but if there had been a true problem, it could have been really bad that nobody answered or called back.
