We had a great experience with Discovery Mundo getting to the Ferry to Isla Mujeres and back. First of all to avoid confusion we used the VIP service so that somebody would meet us which they did. We were given beer during our transport to the Ferry. Our return Ferry from Isla Mujeres was scheduled for 10:20 but we arrived more than an hour early. While they did not promise us anything they were diligent and sent a ride to pick us up earlier which we really thought was great customer service. We will use this company on our return visit to Isla Mujeres next year.
