Confusing at first, then great
When we arrived at Cancun Airport it was very difficult to find the Discovery Mundo representative, we had to ask other people if they knew their agent, and finally somebody found him, no sign or name. That was a little disconcerting, We had to wait about 10 minutes for the car and driver. After that the service was excellent, and at pick up time from the hotel the driver was there ahead of time, ready to go when we were, the cars were clean and in good shape and the drivers very polite and drove well. I will use the company again.

I don't know why the representative was not holding a sign with our logo or your name as he should have; without it i can imagine how difficult it was to locate him. I apologize for the inconvenience and will try to figure out what happened and why to avoid it happens again.
