Good company
They provided prompt and courteous service. Our flight was cancelled and we arrived on a new flight 5 hrs late - they were still there waiting and had gotten my email to let them know about the change. We also booked a private shuttle from Puerto Juarez to another hotel and they were there early and the travel was smooth.

The only negative was that I had arranged for them to have 2 carseats for my children (3 years and 7 months old). Neither transport had any carseats despite my pre-arranging for them, which was a real disappointment.
