Perfect service despite my misbooking
Our flight arrived on time and we went straight to the office using the directions (with photo) provided when we booked. Loved knowing exactly what we needed to do and sped right past all of the condo sales people. When we got to the office, they couldn't find our name on their list of customers. Looking at my receipt, we discovered I had made my reservation for the next day. I couldn't believe it! I was sure I was just out the money. The nice lady said no problem, gave us a couple of bottles of cold water, and took us straight out to the curb and into a waiting car. We were checking in to our condo no more than 15 minutes after clearing customs! Thanks for a great experience and dealing with my mistake.
