We booked the private shuttle to Puerto Juarez. We did have to wait for about 20 minutes or longer when we arrived at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. On the return trip the driver showed up within the fifteen minute window. Would book with them again. It would be helpful if the employees wore shirts that stood out more or had a bigger emblem on their shirts to identify them more easily.
