Transportation from Cancun International Airport to Secrets The Vine Resort & Spa

Secrets The Vine Resort & Spa is located 18 km away from Cancún International Airport, just 25 minutes away with no traffic. In Discoverymundo we specialize in transfers to make your transfer to the hotel easier and more pleasant.

Cancun International Airport has 5 different terminals, after booking you will receive an email with the Arrival Instructions and meeting point depending on the terminal of your flight, we will track your flight during the day until you arrive. A representative from Discoverymundo will be waiting for you outside the terminal of Cancun International Airport on the “pre-book shuttle exit” NOT the “family exit”. We are NOT allowed to go to that area.

Outside the terminal, he will be holding a white and blue banner with the logo of Discoverymundo, after meeting him, he will guide you to your assigned vehicle in the parking area of the terminal. If the van is on his way you can relax at the bar with a drink or simple by his side, once the vehicle enters the terminal you will be directed to the van.


IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE TO WRITE THE AIRLINE AND FLIGHT NUMBER OF YOUR ARRIVAL, ONLY THIS WAY WE WILL KNOW IN WHICH TERMINAL MEET YOU.

Thankful for the excellent service

Used Discovery Mundo on 3/1/2018 for our transportation to Secrets The Vine. When we landed, we were met with chaos in the customs area which resulted in a 2.5 hour delay in getting through. Not only did discovery Mundo contact me to check on us but they waited!!! Thank you for being that beacon we needed after a less than stellar arrival. also, the van was immaculate. I will be using them again.

Shuttle to resort

Very professional and clean. My flight got in a little early and it was not a problem waited 2-3 minutes for them to coordinate then we were off. It was a little more expensive then other agencies but well worth the few dollars
