A Cenote is, in the Yucatán Peninsula, a type of freshwater-filled limestone sinkhole. The Mayan considered cenotes to be an entrance to their underworld or Xibalba where their gods live and their spirits reside after death. Since the 1980's, hundreds of these Cenotes have been explored and mapped by Cave Divers, exploration and penetration still continues.

One  multilevel dive with a maximum deep of 80 ft deep in a US Navy Minesweepers used on the 2nd World War (or at the famous underwater museum if preferred).The second dive in a coral reef full of sea life. 

Two dives, the first one with sunlight and the second one at night. Don't forget to take your dive light and see the nocturnal animals coming out to feed, and an entirely different ecosystem coming to life at night!
