Easy, Friendly Service!

We travelled roundtrip from Cancun International Airport to the Ferry at Puerto Juarez and back a week later. Miguel and Julio Cesar were our drivers, and they were both amazing. When we arrived Miguel was waiting for us even though our flight was a bit late and it took a while to get our luggage, he was easy to find, and had a water bottles and a spacious air conditioned van waiting for us. On the way back in Puerto Juarez the pick up area can be a busy place, Julio Cesar was right on time, and called my name to ensure that he found me. Both drivers required to look at my id which I appreciated, so no one else can just take your ride. Again we were offered water and a spacious air conditioned vehicle. Was seamless to book, and locate them at both pick up points, comfortable, and easy! We will definitely use Discovery Mundo again! Gracias por todo!

Great Driver in Tropical Storm Weather

Due to Tropical Storm Franklin there was a lot of rain and wind and the ferry coming back from Isla Mujeres was late. Our driver was waiting for us and drove us so skillfully through all the high water and terrible traffic to the airport. He drove so calmly and did great maneuvers for us to get the airport in horrible traffic. Just a wonderful way to forget your troubles and travel with no worries.

Great Driver in Tropical Storm Weather

It was just so nice to have our driver right there waiting for us when we got off the ferry from Isla Mujeres, even though it took close to 50 minutes for the crossing instead of 30 due to Tropical Storm Franklin. Then the driver did amazing driving in the flooded streets and maneuvering through all the traffic to get us to the airport. It was crazy to see all the wrecks on the side of the road and have our driver be so good at his job.
