Cancun International Airport has 5 different terminals, after booking you will receive an email with the Arrival Instructions and meeting point depending on the terminal of your flight, we will track your flight during the day until you arrive. A representative from Discoverymundo will be waiting for you outside the terminal of Cancun International Airport on the “pre-book shuttle exit” NOT the “family exit”. We are NOT allowed to go to that area.

Outside the terminal, he will be holding a white and blue banner with the logo of Discoverymundo, after meeting him, he will guide you to your assigned vehicle in the parking area of the terminal. If the van is on his way you can relax at the bar with a drink or simple by his side, once the vehicle enters the terminal you will be directed to the van.

Cancun Airport to Riviera Maya

Communication was EXCELLENT! Our flight was delayed, and we were five hours later than had been planned. By email, phone and text message, Discovery Mundo's staff was perfection. They helped make an awful 1st travel day finish with much less stress than anticipated.--Side note, for those thinking this will be a "pure luxury experience" in "USA Style", think again, HOWEVER, this is not a bad thing, just an expectation level. The Suburbans are 2007-2010 models, they are used. They are clean, and you are the only passengers, so no need to make damn small talk with other tourists at the beginning or end of a travel-day. For that I will ALWAYS pay $$$ up. Again, thank you Discovery Mundo, we will use your services again.

Very professional

I would recommend them for your airport shuttle needs. They were very courteous and prompt. Unlike some other shuttle services they did not have me waiting at the airport, when I got there I was met immediately by the driver and we left all in 15 minutes after arrival. When it was time to be picked up from the resort they were there at my scheduled time. The vans were nice and clean. Would definitely use them again.
