It was very pleasant once I got the reservation made.
Service was great but the reservation process was a nightmare. Also once we arrived you guys claimed that I had two reservation which I did NOT. I only received one confirmation. I then contacted you to try and make sure I was not charged for TWO and have heard NOTHING from you guys. I ended up having to cancel the second charge through my cc company.
