We scheduled the service ahead of our arrival.

They welcomed us at the airport exit, holding a sign with my name. It was extremely helpful as the airport was crowded with people selling excursions and rides. The greeter then directed us to our private cab.

On the return ride, the driver was punctual and came into the resort to look for us.

There were email reminders and confirmations for both rides. It was also reassuring that they had our flight info in case of any changes or delays.
