Exceptional Customer Service
I don't usually take the time to review places, but I had to because of an experience I had with Discovery Mundo. I left my phone in the shuttle when I was dropped off at the airport. I sent Discovery Mundo an email from the airport, thinking they might be able to mail my phone to me. A few minutes later, I got a response saying that my driver will be exactly where he dropped me off, with my phone. And sure enough, he was. I don't know that I've ever had an experience where I was so grateful for such excellent and responsive customer service.
