Departure Point

• - The ferry that takes you from Cancun to Isla Mujeres departs from Marina Aquatours: Take a taxi or bus to Marina Aquatours, located in Boulevard Kukulcán Km 6.5. in the Hotel Zone of Cancun.
• - Another ferry will take you from Dolphin Discovery Park (Discovery Island) to Garrafon Park
• - If you are in Playa del Carmen, or in Cancun but you wish to hire private transportation, contact us to give you an special rate.

Terms

• - 1 to 7 year olds must participate with a paying adult. 
• - 8+ year olds can swim on their own.
• - Pregnant women with no more than 5 months pregnancy are allowed to participate in the Encounter program and must be accompanied by a paying adult and signing an authorization.
