Cancun International Airport has 5 different terminals, after booking you will receive an email with the “Arrival Instructions” and meeting point depending on the terminal of your flight. A representative from Discoverymundo will be waiting for you outside the terminal of Cancun International Airport on the “pre-book shuttle exit” NOT the “family exit”. We are NOT allowed to go to that area.

Outside the terminal, he will be holding a white and blue banner with the logo of Discoverymundo, after meeting him, he will guide you to your assigned vehicle in the parking area of the terminal. If the van is on his way you can relax at the bar with a drink or simple by his side, once the vehicle enters the terminal you will be directed to the van.

The best!

Our driver was ready for our family with a professional shirt and a clean van. He was more than helpful in helping to lift our luggage and finding the last person in our reservation at another terminal. We even had to stop for my mom to use the bathroom and he dropped her off out front and had no problem with the slight detour. One other thing, we added on ferry tickets to our reservation last minute and the driver pulled out an envelope right when we saw him with those tickets. So organized and professional, great organization! We will only use discovery from now on!
