Approximate time to get to Isla Mujeres from Cancun International Airport: Once you are in the vehicle would be around 60-80 minutes, it depends on the ferry that you take and if there was traffic from Cancun International Airport to Puerto Juarez.

The ferry is available every 30 minutes. Once you arrive to Isla Mujeres, the taxi site is located right next to the ferry station, it takes 10 minutes to get to Izla Hotel without traffic.

Seamless, smooth and professional

We had a great experience with Discovery Mundo. At arrival in Cancun, we were really late going through customs and they were just so nice and accommodating. Drove us to the Perto Juarez ferry, had our ferry tickets ready, drove in a nice clean van, super nice driver and rep. Going back to the airport, we got to the ferry early ans the driver was already there waiting. They made a somewhat complicated travel plan super easy, smooth, and stress-free. Booking online was straightforward and intuitive, price was definitely appropriate for the experience.

Underwhelmed

Their website was misleading - it advertised door to door service, but actually was just airport to ferry. So, I arrived thinking my travel was all arranged, then had to buy a ferry ticket and take a cab at my own cost. I would not have booked with them if I had known it was strictly airport to ferry. When I arrived, the driver was not there to meet me - I had to text them and then wait for them to arrive. On the way back, I requested to go to the airport earlier than their suggested time because I needed more time to get around the airport. I texted and called multiple times, and when I finally got ahold of someone, they said they could only move me up by 20 minutes. I gave up and took a cab. So, overall it feels like I really wasted my money. The cost of a cab was the same as their price, so I’m not sure what their advantage is. I wouldn’t book them again.

Safe and Efficent!

My flight was delayed almost 30-40 minutes, so I was concerned the service would have left without me. However once I made my way outside I had no problem finding the representative. He assured me all was fine and called for the van. Within a few minutes I was safely riding to the ferry in a clean, new and air conditioned ride. Thank you !

Any Easy Transfer

We had a round trip transfer from the airport to the ferry including purchasing round trip ferry tickets. Our Rep was waiting when we got to the airport despite us being a half hour late due to a back up in customs. Our rep called our car, gave us our RT ferry tickets and we were on our way in no time. We had to change the time of our return pick up and they were able to make it happen easily.

Great Airport Transfer
